Doesn't work as claimed

From my understanding, this product is supposed to suppress appetite, enhance mood, relieve stress and prevent the urge of emotional eating. It did none of these things for me. If anything, it made me hungry after an hour. However, after I eat a light snack, I do not feel hungry again for about 4 hours. I started taking 2 pills instead of 1 just to see if that changed anything and I did feel a positive shift in mood. Although, it did not last very long. I think this product will act differently depending on how one's body deals with serotonin levels. All I can say is that i will not buy it again.
