I was initially going to buy another product on Amazon called Teraputics Green Coffee Bean Extract 800 sinceI was very impressed by the positive reviews (4.5 Stars), but I also wondered why many other Green Coffee Extracts on Amazon got more negative reviews. Perhaps Dr. Oz was right when he warned against Extracts that contain other supplemental ingrediants - and of course the dismal fact that these supplements are not controlled by the F.D.A., so their claims of potency and purity cannot be verified. So if a product claims 50% of the active ingrediant and actually has only 10%, there's no one to call them into accountability. As well, people respond differently to the same supplement or medicine. So until broad and thorough tests are done we'll have to depend on the honest feedbck from others.Now my initial choice claimed to be 'pure,' but when I checked the back label, I found that it contained, among other things,Magnesium Stearate and Microcrystalline. But this product, the 'Biotech Pure Green Coffee Extract' is much less expensive and contains only one other ingrediant which allows the Extract to be 'time released.' Instead of 60 caps for $19.95, the Biotech is 120 caps for $13.99(!) In any case, I thought I'd share this with everyone so you can benefit from the time I've spent reviewing all this. It may actually work

I started taking Pure Rasberry Ketones and felt, from the first day, something involving a reduction in food cravings. I then added Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and have continued to much more easily exercise dramatic change in portion control. I am continually amazed at how well I am doing, compared to my previous decades of struggle with same. I don't know if it's just placebo effect, expectations, or what, but there an incredible difference in my food behavior.
