I love this product. It has given me more energy which allows me to be more active! Along with better eating habits and I have lost 12 lbs in 29 days! Love it! I am almost 60 years old and almost gave up trying to lose weight. It has also helped my seasonal allergies! I only take one a day in the morning when I get up! Love the stuff!

I have been doing Insanity and P90X since September and lost 22 pounds on my own. I have been stuck with those stubborn last 10 pounds. In the past 5 days I have dropped 3.5 pounds (while doing Insanity) with the help of this product! It has definitely enhanced my results from my hard work!

I had heard about this product and 7-Keto to help increase metabolism. I tried 7-Keto first for 2 months, and saw little effect. Then I tried this product and saw significant weight loss in the first month. I am now in my second month. Since taking it, I have had some problems sleeping, but I'm not sure what caused it.
