This product does absolutely nothing to change your metabolism or to reduce your appetite. Complete waste of money. Does not work.

Magic Supplement

Despite my title, and after reading the other reviews, I must add that this is NOT A MAGIC PILL. Only in America would we still think we can buy weight loss and buy happiness. I am also confused why the negative review talks about claims of weight loss. Who ever said that that is what this supplement is about.I have been using this product since January 18, 2013 - three times daily/with each meal.I take the pill to "promote normal glucose management", and that it does! I can tell when I forget to take the pill before a meal. I would not want to live my life without this. It also helps out great when you know you're going to be enjoying a few drinks ;-). I no longer have that "crash" from my sugars. I'm a young, fit, thin, white male that thought I would never struggle with my glucose or weight - but I have - and now this pill ALONG WITH making healthy food choices and just 30 minutes of sweating every other day, I have shed off that layer of fat I had been living with for 6-8 years. I was able to drop 8 pounds rapidly through diet and exercise - no miracle pill, no miracle DVD exercise routine.Great product when you know what it does and how to use it. Get off your arse America!

Just like taking candy, only worse it doesn't have any taste. Didn't lose weight, went through bottle and nothing happened.
