Helps with weight loss

I have a number of type 2 diabetics in my family and have some of the symptoms of insulin resistance (pre-diabetes) including cataracts, high blood pressure, high triglycerides and high Hgb A1c, and an inability to lose weight. I have been taking this berberine for a month or so and my blood pressure has normalized and I have lost 4 pounds without changing my eating habits. I know that isn't much for others but I am not quite 5 feet tall, so it is a big deal for me and a much higher percentage of my total body weight then someone 6 feet tall. I am happy with this product and will continue to use it.
