I really like this otc fastin. I took 1 in A.M. and 1 after lunch, really curbed my appetite and gave energy. Used to get the script and there is not that much difference, I know, I am the perpetual dieter!

I bought this weight loss pill to try something new. It says to take 1 to 2 pills a day. I only had to take 1/2 pill for it to do the trick for me. A whole pill make me pretty gittery. I didn't have a lot to lose (I weighed 124 pounds and am 5'2"). But I have always been around 105 pounds so fifteen pounds is quite a bit when the clothes are too tight, right! I took 1/2 pill for around a month and a half and I am now down to 108 pounds. No exercising, no punishing myself by turning away the foods I like. I eat anything I want. I just don't have the big appetite I use to. This has helped me lose the weight and I am in control of the weight loss without the struggle. I think Fastin is a great product! I have bought another bottle of Fastin but I haven't even had to open it yet. Fastin has curbed my appetite and I very seldom feel the need to take a pill anymore.
