Like the product, but you need more than the bottle indicates to replicate the studies.

I got this product after my doctor recommended that I use this supplement to support my weightloss efforts. It isn't a miracle drug, but I do think that it is helping. It's important to note that in order to get the amount of CLA that was used in the 2007 meta analysis which showed statistically significant weight loss (3.2 g/day) you have to take more than the bottle indicates. The directions suggest 2 to 3 softgels over the course of the day- but each softgel only has 780 mg of CLA. I take 4 per day, which is technically still short at just 3.12g/day but I eat eggs most days and they are a food source for CLA. Hope this information helps someone!

Many health benefits, great value!

I did a lot of research on CLA and found that it has such a wide range of health benefits. This is something that almost everyone should have more of in their diet; we used to get a lot more but the ways many of our foods are produced/raised have reduced the levels of CLA in the average diet. I started taking it consistently about 6 months ago and I definitely plan on continuing to take it. My cholesterol levels have improved significantly. I have been exercising regularly but I did so before taking this as well. I also have found that the pounds seem to drop a little easier than before. I'm not sure if this is directly from the CLA, but I also no longer notice any of the minor food allergies I was having issues with. CLA is a powerful anti-oxidant which may have helped with those, I also take acai and gogi berry supplements pretty regularly which probably help in that area as well. This brand is the best deal for CLA I have found. It's a good price on Amazon and there is a large amount of CLA in each pill. I take 1 pill with a meal, 3x per day. While they are pretty large gel caps I find them very easy to swallow (which is often a problem for me). This bottle last 2 months taking it everyday. Like I said, I'm pretty sold on this stuff and will for sure buy again!

I kept finding bottles where you had to take 12 pills a day to get 3,000mg a day. One pill of these has 780mg CLA, so just 3 or 4 pills a day. So, the bottle should last for 1.5 to 2 months. Best choice by far. I've been taking this, Animal Pak and Recreate for the last few weeks and have seen a reduction in fat.
