I'm try the 3 step system of the African Mango& love it. There are quite a few brands out there. I cant speak for the all. I love the Edens Finest band. I lost 8 pound my 1st month.

I have used other diet pills in the past and they just didn't show me any results fast, so when I heard about african mango I decided to try it. I have lost about 10lbs., I started the end of May,I did as well eliminate soda and most junk foods. I did also excercise for a little over a week which you see better results when you do excercise. Then I stopped excercising, but I will start back because you feel alot better when you do, more energy etc. So good luck who ever starts using this!!
