On the back of this bottle, it says the following:"HELPS BUILD STRONG BONES AND TEETH --- This formula provides all the necessarynutrients that also aid in nerve, muscle, and metabolic functions. Zinc also participatesin antioxident processes. Vitamin D improves calcium absorption."Okay, it DOES say the daily dose of 1 pill provides 33.3% of the daily recommendeddose.I'm an old guy that often doesn't drink as much watter AS I SHOULD. I've noticedthat since I started taking THREE of these a day (100% daily value) I've stoppedhaving awfully painful night leg cramps.This stuff works for ME!And it is fairly inexpensive.Have a painfree day!Ö Ü Ö

If you're like me and need to take Prilosec (Omeprazole) long term then you know how it can deplete you of magnesium, leading to muscle cramping and other side effects. Adding this supplement to your Prilosec regimen fixes that. The quality is good, it's easy to swallow, and it's formulated for easy absorption. Contains Magnesium Oxide

This is a solid product at a good price, but be aware the Magnesium in the supplement is in the form of Magnesium Oxide, instead of Magnesium Citrate, which has been shown to be better absorbed by the body. I'll continue taking the supplement until it runs out, but after that I'll find something that has Magnesium Citrate instead.
