Arthritis Remedy

I was diagnosed with 2 kinds of Arthritis, put on 9 prescription meds. On the advice of a local health care professional, I went off all the meds and started taking 6 Buffer Ph+ Pills twice a day, one set of 6 in the morning along with 500 mcg of chromium picolinate and another set of 6 after the evening meal . I am totally pain free. Logic: build up of uric acid crystals in system results in crystal concentrations in the joints. When I run out of Buffer Ph+ while traveling, I use 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a small amount of water once in the morning and again after the evening meal. But be careful: you must watch your blood pressure because the increased sodium will make it go up.

Not the best Alkaline Boosting product I've used, but ok

I was actually hyped into trying this product, from their sales materials, which included a pretty well done CD recording. I'm totally on the acid/alkaline bandwagon, but I can't say I'm totally on the Buffer pH bandwagon. I felt SOME benefit from using it, but not nearly as much of an alkaline boost as things like Alkaline Water, Coral Calcium, Ionic Minerals.... the proven alkaline boosters. This Vaxa formula is a blend of some pretty unique ingredients, including some homeopathic stuff I've never used before, and know little to nothing about.I wouldn't use this as a stand-alone alkaline boosting product. I'd definitely use it in conjunction with alkaline water, green juice, and coral calcium.

good for short run use

I've used this off and on and I really like it. I believe it helps me balance my ph (lowering acidity) and a bonus is that it makes weight loss much smoother, especially if you are trying to eat well.One warning: my acupuncturist says that a lot of his patients on this were constipated. I would just adjust my diet to accommodate that problem rather than quit taking it.I take it for a few months then skip it for a few and then go back on it.
