Not for weight loss

If I didn't lose weight from this, I don't think it will work for anyone. I work out three times a week doing body sculpting and weights; I haven't been doing cardio because I don't like running but I enjoy playing tennis once a week and hike once a week as well. To be fair since I start taking the pills I haven't done any cardio but base on my body type the pill should work if their claims were true.I don't have much weight to loose, I only have problems with my lower belly fat and my hips; those stubborn areas that no matter how hard you try that extra inch and half fat just wont go away!I eat healthy, I have about 1200 calories per day; at first I would take the pills immediately after I eat but after I read the reviews I started taking them 20 minutes before I eat.I have been taking the pills now for over a month and these are the only positive results I have experienced:1. Appetite suppressant2. Toner musclesThe pills didnt help my energy level in fact I got more depressed and haven't been working out I guess because I got disappointed. I experienced a lot of bloating, I got scared because at one point I thought I was gaining more weight from the pills or that I was pregnant due to the significant size of my bloats.I would recommend this pill for someone who works out and wants to experience toner muscles and as an appetite suppressant, but that's all!

Doesn't work

My friend and I went on diet together, so we started taking this at the same time. We took two bottles, but none of us lose any weight at all.
