Finally dropped the last 20 pounds!

I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months taking green coffee bean extract! I have been overweight my entire adult life and have never been able to drop the extra "cushion." I weighed 145 in December and by the end of February I weighed 125. I haven't looked like this since I was a teenager! It's truly amazing!!!I read that, green coffee bean extract has anti-oxidants as well as anti-inflammatory and anti-hypertensive properties. I don't know if it was one or all of these things that helped my body, but I don't care! I recommend these capsules over others because the price is right, they are extra strength, and you get a pure formula without binders, fillers or artificial ingredients. I feel like these really do give me my money's worth. Where were these capsules ten years ago?!?These capsules worked for me and I feel absolutely FANTASTIC!

I have been wanting to lose weight for years now. I have tried just about every diet in the book- the Carb diet, the Atkins's diet, Weight Watchers.... this weight loss aid has been the most helpful out of all of them. Not only is it effective, but it is reasonabaly priced and all natural. I feel better than I have in years!

I found that these capsules really helped my energy level. I only needed to lose about 10 pounds, and they helped me do it with very little change in my diet, but because of the increased energy, i was alert more often, seemed to be more productive when doing work, and anyway, back to what i was saying, because of the increased energy, I was taking the dog on longer walks, walking from the car to the parking lot of, because of this product. i would caution those with a tendency to heart problems, you don't want to over do it, because it does increase your metabolism, if you like had 2 cups of coffee and than this supplement, than it would hurt your heart. So use some common sense when using this as a dietary supplement. But, i think most people are smart enough to take care with what dietary supplements they add to their daily regimen, this is a good one to try!YoSharon
