Great supplement

I've taken CLA once before and really is a helpful supplement to anyone looking to get ride of some excess water and get firmer muscles, before i took CLA i could never see any definition to my abs but once i started taking it after a week or two i got some definition. I stop using it and stopped working out for about three months and no longer had that definition and was looking to get back into it so i bought these and after about two weeks they're back. CLA is a great supplement and this brand works perfect and at a price that I couldn't beat shipping was fast and simple, this was a great product!

Received my order of CLA and started taking the daily recommended dose (1 pill 3 times daily). I purchased this particular brand of CLA because of the 3x5 star positive reviews. The only thing I wish I'd done before ordering was to do a bit more research with CLA, as I've found that the original scientific studies on CLA were a special form of it called, "tonalin." I think I'll have to try this and follow-up with another review based on its effectiveness. I will also be sure to continue exercising and eating healthy to ensure I give it a fair shot.

my sister told me about this product and i said lets give it a try and i gotta say its working very well i lost 3 KG's in less than 2 weeks guys its amazing, it really helped lose weight.plus it also reduced my cholesterol and now i really feel better.also the shipping was fast it came in less than a couple of days.i would highly recommend it to everyone!
