Couldn't ask for more!

I have been working on a 35lb weight loss since November, trying to make it from 160 back to 125. For about a month I plateaued at 140. Since I have been taking this supplement (about 25 days) I have finally been able to break the 140 mark and make it down to 135. 3 pills a day before each meal. I didn't change my diet or exercise, just kept with what I had been doing prior to taking the ketones. I feel like this pill helped me get over my plateau and definitely gave me more energy to work out. It also decreased my desire to snack as much. The energy that you get from it is nice and clean -- no trouble sleeping or jitters. I've recommended it to a few people and will continue with this supplement until I reach my goal weight.

I have been taking this product for a month now. I notice a difference in my abs, and I am down a size. My acupuncturist even asked me if I was doing sit ups, crunches or something to lose the abs. I will continue to use this product probably even after I lose the rest of the weight I need to. I feel this product will help me maintain after I get rid of the fat. Would recommend to friends and family. Don't know why it doesn't work for the people with negative reviews, but everyone is different. I have tried so many weight loss products and wasted a lot of money at weight loss center. This along with diet and exercise has done the trick for me.
