If you want to lose weight

i have been taking these pills for two months now and i have lost alot of weight using them. It does give you energy so you can workout and be alert. But its best to take this early in the morniing. start with one pill a day then gradually increase to 2. No more then 2. They are super strong.

This product has helped me to loss a few pounds. It curves my appetite during the day which keeps me from snacking on junk food while at work and lounging at home. I take two capsules in the morning after breakfast and eat regular meals in smaller portions.

Good, but some negative side effects

I have taken this product for about 6 months. I lost a lot of weight at first (10 lbs), but didn't take it consistently for a while. I love the energy that it gives me and the sheer amount of focus I have at work. That has been the best part. However, sometimes it makes me nauseous for some or most of the day. I started opening the capsules and pouring the medication into a bowl and only scooping about half a dose. I haven't seen as much difference in weight loss since I started doing that. Also, I burp a LOT since I started taking this (by a lot, I mean every 30-90 seconds for 1-3 hours after eating - and they are big MANLY burps. I'm a 29 year old woman). I'm going to stop taking it for a month or so and switch to the green coffee bean extract to see if I can rule out this product as the source of burping. I've taken Prilosec and a few other things which have decreased the burping to 50% as bad, but I want to try ruling out this before having an endoscopy done.
