I got these because I had already heard about carb-blockers but never tried them. So I figured it wouldn't hurt to try these based off of the reviews. I received these in the mail FRIDAY mid-day weighing 151 lbs. Of course I was anxious to try them so I had 2 before lunch and two before dinner. I repeated this routine daily having a heavy breakfast and lunch and a light dinner, taking two carb blockers with breakfast and lunch. I was sure not to exercise or change anything in my diet to see how well the pills work. I weighed myself on SUNDAY MORNING at 145 lbs.FREAKING AWESOME!When I started to throw daily exercise into the routine (jogging 1 mile every evening) I was down another 3 lbs by Tuesday morning.It works! (When used correctly) I say GO FOR IT!P.S.I had no side effects what so ever. No bloating, no uncontrollable bathroom issued, no headaches....nothing. I've been using this product for several months now, it will continue to be part of my daily intake. I take it about 30 minutes before a my meal and have managed to keep 25 lbs off, even when cheating on occasion!
