Works! (lost 3 pounds in 1st week)

I first used the One XS Weight Loss Pills over the summer, lost 15 pounds, and then they stopped working. The appetite suppressant effect just wasn't working anymore, so, in desperation, ordered the Adult Fat Burner pills for $9, shipped with a different order, arrived in 3 days in mailbox (not front door).DIRECTIONS: The bottle says recommended use is 2 pills in the morning (1 serving size = 2 pills), and 2 in the afternoon.What works for me:-8AM: wake up, take 1 pill, drink large glass of water, eat some fruit or yogurt (or if I'm really hungry, some heavier food)-don't feel hungry at all until lunch-12-1PM: take 1 more pill at lunch, usually I don't feel like eating at all (might eat a light sandwich or salad, since I know I might be hungry later)-no hunger cravings until night time.. if you're going to stay up late, take one more around 6-8pm, it should stopall hunger cravings-it recommends a total of 4 per day, I can take 3 and it works just as well (one bottle = 90 pills, 3/day = 30 days)RATE OF WEIGHT LOSS: About 3 pounds/a week (for me, with minimal exercise).-10/12: (worked right away (didn't want chocolate as much, felt satisfied with smaller serving of food)-10/19: Lost about 3 pounds (excellent for 7 days)-minimal exercise: I run about 15-20 minutes every other day (that's the only cardiovascular activity I get all week)PROS-amazing price ($9), some of the cheapest non-ketone diet pills (One XS bottle is almost $35)-easy to swallowCONS-One XS pills gave me a slight energy boost, they made me WANT to exercise when I took them-makes me feel really thirsty (cotton mouth)-only ships with other products, can't buy it aloneOVERALL: if you don't exercise a lot and the One XS is too expensive for you/stopped working for you, definitely try these**UPDATE****12/16-Lost a total of 20 pounds since I started using these, over the course of 2 months.Definitely recommend these, their appetite suppressant effect is just as strong today as it was when I first started using them.

Didn't notice a single thing.

I not only didn't lose any weight with this product, I also didn't notice a single change in my appetite or attitude! And I'm a pretty healthy eater, so I should have seen a difference somewhere!

I have been losing serious weight (35lbs in 11 weeks).Week 7 I had reached a plateau.I started this product week 7 and saw results in my body right away.I started losing inches faster than previously and people started commenting on my weight loss.I don't know whether it is the fat burners or the diet responsible for these results, but I am going to keep taking these along with my eating plan.I have never been able to accomplish this kind of result before with diet alone.Also at this time I have not included exercise in my program.I recommend these to anyone who is looking for some help to reach their goals.
