Good deal

This was a pretty good deal on a PURE RASPBERRY KETONE 120 count. Great Seller really fast shipping no problem. I am not entirely sure if its working or not, but it has modivated me to work out more oftent and longer and eat healthier, and i do see results but i started working out x4 times a week 1hr each. So i do see some results, I enjoy taking these since they have a great Berry after-taste but i will not be needing any again. x3 months is enough. My Boost of Encouragement to work out harder was worth it LOL. Product is great. (but remember, there is no magic pill, this will not make you drop lbs while you sleep or continue eating junk. But it does help your metabolism regulate, kinda like YOGURT) so its doing what its suposed to for sure.Overall Recomended.

These had the strongest aroma!

I tried two other Raspberry Ketone diet pills that didnt have the strong but pleasant smell of the Swan Ultra Pure. I also like that there is no caffeine or green tea like one of the others I got and the fact that there are 120 capsules compared to 30 caps make this a great deal for a superior product. Its working great too!

Unhappy with return policy

I bought this product with high hopes, but unfortunately after taking it a couple days it did not agree with me. I contacted Amazon to see about returning it and they contacted the seller for me, Swan Products. Swan sent me an email stating I could return the product unopened with the safety seal still in tact. I responded to their email stating I used it and it made me ill and if I could return it still. I never heard back from that email so I'm not sure if it got back to them or not. So I called Amazon customer service and I was able to talk to a Swan customer service rep and she stated that their policy was the product could be returned if the safety seal was not broken. I explained the situation that the product made feel ill and if I perhaps get a credit for something else. The rep repeated herself that their return policy clearly states.... I told her I couldn't write a favorable review and she started to argue with me and said that wasn't very hospitable of me. I told her I wasn't going to argue with her. My issue is any company I have dealt with there was always a 30 day guarantee of the product, so how do you know if you like something unless you try it? So buyer beware, you are stuck with this or any product you purchase from Swan Products.
