Don't Buy It

Stick to Vitamins, stick to whatever else, but this does not work. I repeat, this does not work. If your looking for weightloss or even the overly talked about boost with acne, this is not the product you want. As far as taking it for a month, I didn't see any results. None what so ever.

This stuff kind of works...

I originally tried DecaSlim to lose a few pounds before my wedding. I lost about 8 pounds over a 3 month period (I now weigh 128, height is 5'2"), but I was also not eating junk, and was really focused. DecaSlim helps you stay "regular" and helps you control your appetite. I have a feeling a fiber pill may have the same effect, but I worry about fiber pills giving you gas - DecaSlim didn't do this.I drank a lot of water while taking these pills (which also helps with appetite control). I still got hungry, but I wasn't "starving" all the time. DecaSlim helped me not over-eat, and since I was a little less hungry, I ate slower. I originally heard about these pills through a calorie counting website that I was using (caloriecount.com).I know an 8 pound weight loss over 3 months isn't huge for most people, but being only 5'2", eight pounds makes a pretty big difference. I will probably buy another bottle of DecaSlim since a few pounds have crept back. It may just be psychosomatic, but the pills sort of work for me.I don't know about the acne clearing claim. I don't have acne, but do get the occasional pimple or two.
