Best African Mango

Both my Husband and I take this on a daily basis. What it does for us is to curb the always feeling like you want to eat something. We eat less and have lost weight since using it. I tried other African Mango but this is the one that works best for us. I'd recommend giving this a try.

Not diabetic, but having blood sugar problems most of my life I had come to the realization that I would have to live with the awful symptoms of it: fatigue, nervousness or feeling jittery, irritability, concentration problems, weakness, confusion, etc. I started taking African Mango supplements (the Futurebiotics brand) for the reported assistance with weight loss (as seen on the Dr. Oz show) - didn't see much of that (lol), but noticed that I had an overall feeling of wellbeing. I ran out of the supplement and decided due to cost not to buy it again. I felt that I wasn't seeing enough of a benefit to continue. Big mistake. After about a week of not taking it, my blood sugar was all over the map like it was before.With many supplements, I'm used to seeing results within a week or two. I overlooked the benefits of African Mango because the supplement takes longer to build in your system to stabilize the hormone that affects blood sugar (about a month). Silly me.If you've got mild to moderate low blood sugar symptoms and are not on prescription meds, I would definitely suggest taking this supplement. African Mango is a type of African and Southeast Asian tree which produce edible mango-like fruit and nuts so provided you're buying from a reputable company, you shouldn't get anything weird.I'm going to continue taking it -- -- worked wonders for me!

I took these as directed, and took the whole bottle. Absolutely nothing changed. This product didn't work for me at all.
