The Secret is to heat them up!!!

I got my first package right around the time the Nov 27th review was placed. It is true that they aren't very good straight out of the package. However, I noticed that on the outside (bottom) of some of the package it says "Microwaveable for 10-20 seconds". When I microwaved them, I discovered that the heat somehow brings out their natural sweetness, and from that point on, I actually looked forward to my morning snack!!! The blueberry, oatmeal-raising, and chocolate chip all tasted wonderful when heated. The cranberry muffins couldn't be helped for anything...they tasted like dog food warm or cold. But that is why I purchased this variety pack--so I could decide for myself! I actually just logged on here to purchase larger portions of the cookies....no more cranberry for me though!BTW--If I microwaved my cookie for more than 12 seconds in my microwave, I noticed it burnt a little on the inside....and they seem to turn out better when I put a cup of wather in with them.

I thought the cookies were very good especially when heated up for a few seconds. They had a slightly crunchy taste which was quite nice. Plus, they kept my appetite satisfied for most of the day. I haven't been eating them long enough to know about weight loss but I will buy these again. I am impressed that the ingredients are mostly organic and that the products are safe for many people who have allergies to artificial ingredients.

definitely try the sample pack before you buy more!

I am so glad that I did this, because I learned that I would never buy any more ever again!! They are simple AWFUL. I went in to this thinking I could do "anything" for a month... to give it a try and to get started. Not so. I threw most of these "cookies" away. I tried one of each kind in the sampler I ordered and I didn't like ANY of them. It was a complete and total waste of money for me, but at least I found out before I wasted anymore. I wish there had been a sample of just 1 pack...for $7.00 because I would have known then. It seems like the sample pack is more in quantity so they can get more in price. I wouldn't feel so badly if I had wasted $7.00, but the $28.00 plus shipping???? Sheesh.Note: I tried to not rate this as even a "1 STAR" but that is not an option. I really don't think this is even a 1 star though... it's a -10 star.
