Works well with no side effects

Never having been one to jump on any diet trend bandwagon (I don't believe in diets so much as sustainable lifestyle changes), I caved and decided to give this product a try a couple of weeks ago. The "winter weight" had plagued me long enough and, as a single mom on my feet for most of the day at work as it is, my typical day just doesn't have room for extra exercise.I started taking raspberry ketones as the packaging recommended, twice daily. After doing this for a few days and realizing that the only side effects I experienced were a slight boost in energy and some minimal appetite control, I added an extra dose to my day, taking one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and another before dinner. Now, while I won't call this a miracle drug (really, what is?), I can say that after two weeks I have seen a marked difference in my energy levels without being jittery or manic, a very noticeable reduction in appetite, and I have lost about 7lbs without making a single change to my daily routine. If my favorite dress slacks fit the way they're supposed to again that's good enough for me, and here I am wearing them without a baggy sweater to cover the tight waist band! I have already ordered a second bottle, and if this product keeps working the way it has been for me, I won't be so horrified of bathing suit season this year.

Great appetite suppressant. Taking one in the morning and one in the afternoon prevent me from snacking through out the day. I have noticed I have more energy during my work out routine.
