I've read numerous reviews of different permutations of garcinia cambogia. I chose this one because I respect the company that makes it, Pure Encapsulations, and cautiously, after one week, I will say it definitely works. It is not, however, a magic pill. It will NOT work if you just eat any old thing and don't exercise. However what it did was allow me to stay on a slightly restricted diet (no sugar, no carbs) without the cravings I would normally have--no more nighttime munchies! So far I've lost 1-3 pounds in a week (weighed myself every day and the weight fluctuated) and 2 inches off my waist. I feel thinner and my clothes fit better. I want to ultimately lose 8-9 pounds, and it now seems do-able. I will take it for a month and see. Yes, the pills are large and you must take them individually with LOTS of water. You also must take the entire recommended dose of three before each meal. I tried it with less, thinking that I'm a rather small person to begin with, and nothing happened. This is a blessing for me who gained weight despite eating sensibly and exercising daily. I also think that after a month of eating like this, my appetite and blood sugar should normalize. Have been taking these for a few weeks and notice nothing different

Ieligious about taking them before I eat a meal but I have not lost any weight. I never have a problem swallowing pills but with these for some reason they get stuck in my throat. I had one stuck for almost 5 days! Not sure whyn;t dissolve so I placed one in a glass of water to see what would happen and it maintained it's shape but when I ttred to scioop it out with a spoon is just dissolved. I will keep taking them until they are gone to see if anything changes. I am hoping to lose some weight with them.
