Lost 22 pounds taking Natrol Carb intercept 3

This is my first review I have writen so be nice.I received a sample of this product and I was very satisfied the way it got rid of my food cravings. Just followed the instructions on the bottle2 capsules twice daily with a meal. Obviously plenty of water and no junk food and in two months I have lost 22 pounds. You don't need anything else but this product. Maybe I am not good writer but I am slimer bad writer lol.

Can be harmful! Use caution!

I had tried Carb Intercept 2 without problems, so I opted to upgrade to this version. I took them as prescribed on the bottle. I thought it was a coincidence that I was starting to feel very short of breath, so much so that I was panting after one flight of stairs. Within two days after that, I was really winded and my heart was racing. I thought I was having a heart attack and was truly frightened. As I was running out the door to the emergency room (my husband was driving me), I grabbed all pill bottles to take with me -- prescriptions, vitamins, and supplements. Waiting for the doctor, I started to put two and two together. My symptoms had begun on the same day I started taking C.I. 3 -- Then I read the warning on the back of the bottle: "This product contains caffeine. Too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally rapid heartbeat." That was that. Having been given a thorough exam, including an EKG and chest x-ray, it became evident that these pills caused my depletion of oxygen and a racing heart. Over the past 24 hours since this supplement has left my system, I am nearly back to normal. Being that I am a relatively healthy person with no heart or lung disease, you may want to benefit from my experience by being extra careful when taking this product.
