A huge part of helping me reach my weight loss goal

After hitting a plateau for the last 3 months, I have finally been able to start losing weight again since starting starting 7-keto. My goal was to lose 45 lbs which I've been trying to lose for over a year. Before I stopped losing weight I had lost a total of 20 pounds and its only been two weeks since I started losing weight again but I'm already down another five so I'm pretty happy right now.One thing I will also mention is that supplement called the fat loss stack (90 Days Supply Natural Fat Loss (Weight Loss) Stack Bulk Powder) which I also started taking around the same time as the 7-keto. I think these supplements are the reason why I'm not eating as much because I read how these different fat burning supplements are supposed to work better when taken together.I have 20 more pounds to go and a little less than two months to do it, so I think I'm in good shape to reach my goals within my target date.

I'm shocked.

I'm shocked that it actually works. I cannot give this ALL the credit because I am taking the coffee bean extracts in conjunction with this and a multivitamin, Omega-3, calcium, magnesium and zinc - but in the 3 weeks of taking this, I have lost 7 lbs and 2 inches. I also work walk during my lunch hour for 30 minutes and hit the gym 2x a week (I will improve) using either the bike or elliptical for 15-20 minutes). I am faithfully using my ablounge (remember that....it works for me....always has and is the only way i can do sit ups) without neck pain.I will continue to watch because something is working, and I'm very skeptical - but weight has always been a struggle and its coming off! If I really were agressive with the gym and walking - - I can only imagine how much more I could lose.So I am actually pleased. I am african american 5'3" and weighed 197. I'm down to 190. My dress size was 18 and I'm at a 16 now. My shoe size was 8.5. I'm still an 8.5 but my shoes fit differently......as if they are slightly too big. I had to order foot pedals.I am soooo limited in my time, with work, kids, homework, housework . . . .but I am going to keep it up. I feel so good.! No issues w/diahrrhea(sp) or constipation, nausea.....nothing. Again, I am sooo skeptical because I anticipated this not working, but I am quite surpised that this may be a good product afterall. That's all! :)

My 65 year old partner lost a total of 60 lbs. and is no longer diabetic. He did this over a period of 6 months. At one point he hit a plateau after running out of the 7 keto, and when he resumed taking it, he lost the final 17 lbs. I heard about this on Dr. Oz, and I can't believe how well it works!
