Good product

I have been using this product for 3 weeks. The thing I don't like about this is that they tell you to take 1 or 2 pills twice a day but they don't say when. Should I take it with a meal or should I take it afew minutes before. I don't know. But what I have noticed is that I get full quickly. I don't eat as I normally do because I feel full. That I really like. I hope to start seeing weight loss soon because I am eating less.

This product may be good but I had to stop taking it because it has too much caffiene. I can't have caffiene because I have acid reflux. I couldn't take it long enough to see if it really worked.
