Good stuff!

I've been using raspberry ketones 500 mg once a day with green bean coffee extract. As noted with the 250 mg tablets, the combination is a great appetite suppressant. But it goes one better than that. Not only are you not hungry (after all, people eat for many reasons beside hunger), you just don't want to eat the food. That cookie or bag of chips is alot easier to resist if you are not hungry and you don't want it! So it helps you stick to a diet which is alot of the battle. Exercise is the other part but that's another story. I suffered no side effects whatsoever. I've only lost a couple of pounds but I really only wanted to lose 5 or so lbs anyway.

Not for me

I tried these capsules after trying a lower mg. I started taking 100mg up to 1000 mg a day. I noticed a little more energy, but if you only have a few pounds(like 10) to go this is pointless. One side effect I did notice is the longer I took them, the more agitated I became. I was on them for about two months, and slowly increased the dose. And became very annoyed with everything, and so tired by the end of the day. Not worth it!!

Great Product

I have been using this product for awhile now, and have noticed an increase in my energy, an overall healthier feeling, and have noticed my appetite suppressed somewhat. I haven't been tracking weight, so I don't know if I've lost any weight while using it, but I definitely feel better and believe it is helping me to cut back on the amount of food I eat.
