I had been using the Pu-Erh tea now for a while, to great success. I can say for certain that - along with an improved eating habit, and regular exercise - I have dropped 40 lbs between Dec. 2012 to Feb. 2013. The key to that was using Pu-Erh.When I have not had the time to brew the tea, I made the time to use these supplements, which gave me the same boost and weight loss benefits. BUT... this is NOT a "miracle" drug or food. It is simply known that tea in general is excellent for our health. Pu-Erh happens to be brewed in a particular manner, and fermented, which unlocks more beneficial attributes. To put those in a capsule form, as in here, is a great way to consume it. So I definitely recommend this product for anyone who needs to lose or maintain their weight, and gain a little energy for the day.

This product works just like DR.Oz said it would! I have been loosing regularly with it. Before taking this I was losing about 1/2 a pound every 2 weeks. Started taking it and dropped 10 lbs first 2 weeks. Still loosing while taking it pills or tea bags, If I can't find time to drink the 16 oz of tea then I take the tablet. Over the summer went from a 28 to a 20 size pants!!
