Up All Night... Too Much Caffeine

I'm not impressed...It says to take two pills/day, but I started with one when I saw it had caffeine in it. I'm glad I did. Although this did help some to suppress my hunger, it kept me up until 2-3 am. I was edgy and couldn't fall asleep and if I did (during 11pm - 2pm) I'd wake back up. Mind you this is after I took it at 2pm that afternoon! That was the first day, and I did not drink any caffeine products that day. So the 2nd day, I took it at 11:45am before my meal about a half hour later. Same thing happened that night only I was able to go to sleep around 1am and stay asleep, but that doesn't help when you get up at 6am.I bought this to kick start my loosing 25 pounds, but I didn't loose anything after using ONE pill (because I'm afraid I wouldn't have gotten any sleep if I took 2/day like it said) for a full week. I exercised a couple days, and I didn't a lot of food or snacks as I wasn't really hungry. I ate 3 small meals a day, and still it was not beneficial to me. Not a single pound lost, but I did loose sleep...I bought this to have enough for one full week (2/day) and only used 1/day so I had another week left, and after loosing so much sleep from trying this and not loosing a single pound I decided I'd toss the rest. Women need sleep (because when our bodies are stressed it holds onto the fat).That's the only side-effect that I had from it, but then again, I only tried one pill a day instead of two. I would imagine my body would be really edgy and my heart would flutter, and I'd have a headache if I took two a day, like when I drink too many caffeinated drinks in a day.

How to lose a bit of weight fast

It never amazes me how fickle human body is. Five years ago I was ripped and in my best shape ever, without really working hard for it. Moderate amount of exercise and healthy food was all I needed. But time started to catch up with me, my family obligations increased substantially, as did the amount of work that I had done on a daily basis. Before I could blink, I did not have time even for a normal 25 minutes a day workout and my food intake increased. Long story short, I found myself 20 pounds heavier with significantly lower levels of energy.Obviously, as a single male, I need to be in a good shape. I started to work out again and looked at herbal weight loss pills that can control my appetite and help suppress stress snaking. I tried several popular herbal weight loss pills on the market. Some would work but with an unpleasant side-effects such as migraine or jitterness, some would make me cranky and tired, and some would do nothing at all. I am not saying these weight loss capsules do not work for others, I am sure they do. All I am saying is that they did not help me much.I decided to give a try to Easy E-Z Weight Loss because they are pretty cheap compared to some other natural, herbal weight loss pills I was looking at, and promise to reduce food cravings while keeping the energy levels intact. Not really a great name, to be honest, but I am not picky. These weight loss pills arrived three days ago. I read instructions, both on the bottle and on the Amazon product page and gave it a try.First time I took one pill, I got a 'full' feeling in about 10 minutes. It is an interesting sensation to feel full without having to stuff oneself with food. Cravings for food simply melted away. No grogginess or headaches. The energy level was boosted, though not as much I would have liked but then again, that's not why I bought these pills. Full feeling lasted for few hours, which was great, since I was able to focus on my work without thinking about food. Now that I think about it, perhaps my energy level did improve more than I thought.The next day I repeated the experiment and took one pill. Same result. No food cravings and ability to work for several hours.A few days passed. I lost about 3 pounds. Perhaps it's all water weight, perhaps not. I do not feel hungry and I feel in control of my appetite. How long it will last - we'll see. I intend to update this review in a few weeks time but so far I am glad I got these pills.

So far, three pounds in a week

These fit the bill for me. When I take something, I always worry about the side effects. These seem okay so far, after the first week of taking them. I have lost 3 pounds, I have a reduced appetite, and have a little more energy. I do not have the shakes, or feel hyped up, like some of these types of pills have done to me in the past. I like that they just use a combination of herbs to make this up.

I love them

I've only been taking them a few days, but I already can see a difference in my appetite. I'm not eating as much as before, and unlike some other pills I have taken, these don't seem to make me shaky. They also give me a little energy boost, but not so much that it makes me jittery. Great product! I'm going to try the tea next!

I like the fact that it curbs my appetite and gives me pep. This product is a plus for me because cutting back on my portion size really helps me take the weight off and keep it off, but it does have a strong coffee flavor which tends to leave me with coffee-breath. So, I brush my teeth after I drink it in the morning to diminish the coffee smell that I find unpleasant. I wait 30 minutes before consuming any other food or beverage.10 lbs slimmer after only 8days (it may have taken less time, but I skip the weekends)

I am one of those people who will bounce up and down with their weight. I am also one of those people who will try anything once to see if it will work. I have to say Slimple is by far one of the best supplements I have taken to help with my weight battle. Not as I expected

I didn't really see any results. It did not quell my appetite and I didn't notice any difference. I guess what they say is true...don't rely on a pill to help you lose weight. I should send it back for a refund.

This is absolutely the WORST amazon experience i've had in a LONG time. The owner of this store was completely unprofessional buy from anyone BUT this one. It is not worth the exhaustion if you for some reason are unsatisfied with your product. VERY VERY disappointed.

IT'S LIKE A MIRACLE FOR ME

I HAD MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED IN 1998. FOR 10 YEARS PRIOR TO HAVING MY GALLBLADDER REMOVED AND FOR THE 10 YEARS SINCE I HAD CHRONIC INDIGESTION. I TOOK PEPCID AC EVERY DAY. I RESEARCED A LITTLE ONLINE AND FOUND A WEBSITE THAT RECOMMENDED BILE SALTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS FOR RELIEF. MY DOCTORS WERE OF NO HELP. THEY TOLD ME THAT MY GALLSTONES HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY DIET... THAT MY CONDITION WAS HEREDITARY. AFTER MY GALLBLADDER WAS REMOVED THE DOCTORS TOLD ME THAT I COULD EAT ANYTHING I WANTED. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I HAD INDIGESTION NO MATTER WHAT I ATE...EVEN WHEN I ATE VERY HEALTHY SMALL MEALS. I DECIDED TO TRY THE BILE SALTS I FOUND RECOMMENDED ONLINE. I TAKE THEM WITH EVERY MEAL IN CONJUNCTION WITH MULLZYME AND BHB PLUS ALSO DISTRIBUTED BY DEW'S PRODUCTS. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE. NO MORE INDIGESTION. I FEEL LIKE A KID AGAIN. I HAVEN'T FELT THIS GOOD IN OVER 20 YEARS. FROM THE VERY FIRST TIME I TOOK THESE SUPPLEMENTS WITH A MEAL I HAD 100% RELIEF. IT'S JUST UNBELIEVABLE TO ME THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING OUT THERE THAT COULD GIVE ME RELIEF AFTER ALL THIS TIME. Bile Salts

I'm very happy with this product! Several years ago I had my gallbladder removed, and about 6 months later I experienced weight gain not related to caloric intake. These bile salts seem to have returned my gastrointestinal tract to some happy degree of normalcy. I have managed to lose weight and that awful bloated feeling of over-fullness after meals. 5 generous stars for this product!!

OK, but not spectacular

I bought this product because I had my gallbladder removed 4 years ago after it got infected. The body does adjust without it. However, it does so by slowing down the digestive tract. Unfortunately, I take stimulants for Narcolepsy and ADHD. This speeds things up, and leaves my intestines quite pissed off at me once or twice a week. The bile salts have done some good, but was not a miracle worker.
