Recommend this supplement with raspberry ketones

I was told that CLA doesn't help you with losing weight but instead it works behind the scenes to help your body better burn stored fat. It's not like its an energy or metabolism booster. I really did not feel anything while taking them. My friend recommended taking raspberry ketones with them -Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder and I've been hearing alot about this combo lately so I decided to try them at the same time.Well, if the CLA gels were the spark then the raspberry ketones were most definitely the gasoline that lit the fire! I feel so energized and alert when taking the ketones. My appetite is down and my metabolism is through the roof which I think is allowing the CLA to work it's magic because I have been looking in the mirror and what has been staring back at me I still cannot believe are my hips and thighs, they even feel different!I would just say be patient of you are just taking CLA because they are not meant to work right away but keep taking them because before you know it you will begin to notice the changes like I have, and they will be big changes!

Great for its price

I've shopped for and have used other Tonalin CLA products from various manufacturers and vendors. This one takes the cake with its serving size (1200mg) and its price compared to similar products I've used. Since I started using CLA as a supplement over a year ago, I noticed more definition in my abdominal area. This could just be a placebo effect, or attributed to my physical fitness regimen (free weights and cardio), and use of other supplements (creatine, whey protein, etc.).There are a few reviews here, where customers are bashing this product for lack of short-term results (i.e. they aren't happy because they haven't lost significant weight after using one bottle). These customers need to keep in mind that this is a nutritional supplement, and not a FDA-approved drug, treatment, or cure all. If you read up on CLA on various websites (WebMD, Wikipedia, websites that cite peer-reviewed articles/scientific research), you'll find that there are suggested correlations between CLA usage and 1) the reduction of body fat and increase in lean body mass, and 2) the reduction and/or hindrance of the growth of tumors. Correlation does not mean causation, however, and that's why there's continuous research into CLA.Think of CLA like any nutritional supplement: It'll help you get to where you want to be, but you have to take steps towards getting there yourself.

It Does Work

I have been using this product with two other products that were suggested to me by a fitness/health expert. You have to understand that you just can't take the pills and expect miracles. You have to induce your body into Homostasis (hope the spelling is correct) to really make this work for you. If you don't do this, you will have a tougher time making things happen. Homostasis is when you feed the body throughout the day, which in turn let's you body know that it doesn't have to store fat. It will not store as much fat, because it knows that it is getting food at a continual basis. Eat 4 small meals/snacks a day and a dinner that is fairly normal, normal being what you typically eat. Mind the fact that you need to keep everything in moderation. Here's what I typically eat throughout the day;1. morning - an apple or other fruit, granola bar (nature valley is fine) and Propel water2. mid-morning - nuts and water3. lunch - a sandwich...I eat turkey or tuna on white (yes white bread), stay away from fried foods such as chips, etc4. snack - I keep it simple and eat what has been listed or somethign a little different to keep it interesting.5. dinner - I eat a steak, potatos, salad, noodles...whatever I like. But I do not eat the large portions that I used to eat. Once your stomach shrinks down to the portions that you change to, you do not notice and do not want more. This is all about eating in moderation and cutting out some of the heavy hitters, soda, chips, candy. I do binge once on weekends because I still love a glass of coke. I do very moderate excersize and lose about a pound a day, without much effort at all.

Love this stuff. Easy to take and helped get my body fat down. Takes a few months, but this stuff does work and the price on amazon is hands down the best I have ever found.

The Answer To My Insomnia

I am so glad I stumbled upon this product. At first I wasn't expecting much because I've never heard of this brand before. In the past I've tried out five different reputable brands of 5-htp. A few were okay but most were ineffective for my insomnia which caused me trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and sleeping deeply. I must say so far Nutrigold is the best and now my holy grail of 5-htp. It seems to be more bioavailable than other brands, working quickly and effectively. I take half a capsule in the afternoon and the other half on an empty stomach at bedtime. In the past I've tried valerian, hops, theanine, inositol, melatonin, tryptophan but none has relieved my thirst of sleep. Usually it takes me 3 hours to fall asleep at night but since I started taking Nutrigold I'm knocked out within 30 minutes. Now I live a very fascinating double life in the sleep realm since I started having intense dreaming every night. I wake up feeling refreshed and positive. Everything around me scintillates. I didn't realize I was depressed until I knew what normal felt like. To get most out of your 5-htp I highly recommend taking b-complex in the morning because it will help utilize serotonin in your body. I find that it even improves the effectiveness of low quality 5-htp supplements. But don't overdo the b's or else you'll end up with worse insomnia and depression.

Depression Cure

I have been suffering from sever depression for the past few years and recently found great relief from 5htp and St. Johns Wort. 5htp is the most effective depression treatment I have come across, it allows me to sleep well, and overall gives me an active mood boost all day long. After a few days of use could tell that 5htp was really something special. It doesn't have the side effects that can be "killer" in regular prescription drugs. Definitely a life saver!

WOW...Amazing for anxiety

Wow...I am so happy I decided to try 5-htp and this brand aswell. I have suffered from severe anxiety my whole life and I refuse to take clinical anti depressents as they are so horrible for the body, but this is about 5-htp not how horrible prescription stuff is. I felt the difference on the FIRST day, I am not B/S'in I feel so much calmer now then I have ever felt in my entire life. I have never had trouble sleeping so can't comment on that area other then I still sleep like a baby so I am sure it is having an effect on that aswell. I am not a paid rep or anything, just a regular dude making a review. I HIGHLY reccomend this to anyone wanting to combat anxiety or depression.God Blesspce

Energy Boost But No Weight Loss..

Like a lot of other people, I had high hopes when I decided to try this. It was pretty well marketed and I decided I'd give it a shot after tons of other failed. I was pretty impressed when I noticed my energy levels going through the roof the first time I took it. I continued to follow the dosage and do my workout routine. After a week of the pills, I had no weightloss. Nothing had changed. I kept going...the next week same scenario. I was happy with how energetic I felt but disappointed to not see the change on the scale I was expecting.Instead of suffering in silence, I asked someone else at my gym for a recommendation. Their suggestion was a supplement I'd never heard before called yohimbine- Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + FREE 100 Grams Pure Caffeine Powder. I had nothing to lose so I gave it a try. It had a lot of the energy boost that the fat burner had, but it also seemed to lower my appetite. Mixed with the caffine, it gave me a metabolic boost that had me down 3 pounds in the first week. I was much happier to see a change on the scale AND the increase in my energy. I don't know if different chemicals just affect me differently, but the yohimbine had much more affect on me than the fat burner. As long as you're okay with caffine, I suggest trying it. I didn't have to change any part of my routine or follow strict diet guidelines with either of the supplements though which was nice.
