very intense energy booster

This version of hydroxy cut is no joke. I took two of these pills before my workout the other day on an empty stomach and felt like I was going to puke the entire time. The next day I had a small breakfast and then took them and felt much better, so I would suggest not taking these on an empty stomach, they are very very intense. After a few hours of taking these, I get really tired so be prepared because there is a crash of sorts that follows the extreme boost. I think I still prefer green tea extract (Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules (500mg) + FREE 50 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder) over these just because the energy seems more natural and there isn't any type of crash associated with them either. I guess if you are an intense weight lifter or have a very strong tolerance these would be a good choice, but for those looking to just shed a few pounds and get an extra boost in their workouts, like myself, I would recommend to look elsewhere.

The Hydroxycut Journal: A Blow by Blow of Using Hydroxycut

BOTTOM LINE at the top: In my first month of using Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite, I lost over twelve pounds. It was a little tough in the beginning--it made me feel ill--but eventually I became accustomed to Hydroxycut and the side effects faded almost entirely. A side benefit of Hydroxycut may be that it changes your behavior with respect to how, when, and why you eat, and those changes in habit may last well beyond using that single bottle or two.(Wrote the following in Week 6, 15 pounds lighter) In my case I don't see the possibility that I will put the weight back on unless I become horribly ill or injured again, but I will say that my physical efforts to lose the weight I gained during disability were completely ineffective. If it weren't for the Hydroxycut, I would still weigh 245 lbs with a big pot belly--which is now completely gone.I imagine someone who doesn't get much exercise would have the same results I did. After all, I don't get a lot of exercise these days either; I'm just a very active person, but less so if you add thirty pounds to my frame.---------------------------End of Week 1: I am a male in my early 40s, typically very active, athletic, and fairly satisfied with my weight most of the time though always trying to lose some weight to get back to my normal, pre-New York City self that I've been since high school with few exceptions of being lighter due to competition level physical training or heavier due to sickness--which is between 175 and 195 at the most. But the catch is, I was hit by a car almost two years ago, had to go through multiple reconstructive surgeries, and have generally been immobile by comparison to my normal self. So my weight shot up to 245lbs this time.I've only been heavier once in my life, for a similar period of inactivity. Without going into details I weighed 325 at the time. I lost the weight by returning to cycling--which is normal for me--and taking Stacker 3 Metabolizing Fat Burner with Chitosan, Capsules, 100-Count Bottle which was a pretty horrifying experience I do not recommend to anyone unless they are absolutely desperate. Seriously, Stacker 3 is torture, and cannot be good for your health.But why Hydroxycut instead of Stacker 3? After all, I said Stacker 3 worked and that I was desperate. In fact, I was desperate enough that I nearly tried using Stacker 3 again even though it meant I wouldn't sleep, would experience horrible cramping, and generally behave like a crack addict until I stopped using it when I met my goal. Well, Stacker 3 only really worked when I was morbidly obese (exactly one time in my life). Once I was down to about 250lbs, Stacker 3 really didn't work at all. Knowing this, I was really looking to try something different, but I have tried several different kinds of weight loss supplements, even Ex-Lax Maximum Strength Laxative, 24-Count Pills (Pack of 2) and Metamucil Smooth Texture Sugar Free Orange, 114-Dose Bottle. Though the Metamucil was good for me, and I continue to use it, it really didn't do a damn thing to help me lose weight, nor did the Ex-lax beyond cleaning me out for a couple of days which isn't real weight loss.OK, so onto the current experience. As mentioned above, at the time I started taking Hydroxycut a week ago today, I weighed 245lbs. In only one week of using this product, I'm down to 237, a loss of 8 lbs. This was not a plecebo effect or simply positive thinking--because, frankly, I've tried that. Hydroxycut actually works.As for side effects, when I first started taking it I noticed that my sense of taste was dull, as if I was on Percocet again (which is what I had post surgery for a week or two each time), and I had a wierd feeling in my stomach as if I felt hungry but really wasn't. These problems disappeared in only a day or two. Throughout using this product I have found two significant effects though.First thing, I don't feel like eating until I'm actually very hungry--no 'brain food' or 'comfort food' or snacking; I only eat when I'm hungry, not because of self-discipline because I really don't have any and that's one of the benefits of being a lifetime athlete, but because Hydroxycut removed the urge to snack or overeat. I haven't had the urge to eat a big meaty, cheesy sub from the deli since I started taking Hydroxycut. And that alone should translate into weight loss.Second, shortly after taking a Hydroxycut capsule I feel hot and start sweating. Sometimes this is followed by chills, but that could just be from cranking up the air conditioner. The only other time I've had this feeling of being hot when I'm not in a hot room or doing sports is when I was a competitive athlete and my skin would be literally hot all the time because I was constantly burning fat, even in my sleep. This is a very short term effect, just thirty minutes to an hour after taking it.Third, I've learned not to take it anywhere near bed time. While it's not as bad as Stacker 3, which will actually give you nightmares and a feeling of anxiety, Hydroxycut simply makes sleeping slightly difficult. And given that I've lost eight pounds in the first week, I don't think it's necessary to take Hydroxycut before bed.That's it for now, but I will add to this review as the weeks go on to note how it's working. For now, Hydroxycut Hardcore Elite gets five stars from me.-------------------Week 2: Lost another two pounds, making it ten so far. I now have a couple of helpful tips for using Hydroxycut.- Don't take it before meals. It dulls your sense of taste. Similar to when I had to take Percocet after surgery, I have this feeling of a sour stomach if I don't eat first and it dulls your sense of taste so that even spicy foods and strong coffee seem watered down.- Once it accumulates in your system, it's pretty much working all the time, very much as if you were exercising every day. This I found particularly remarkable.I'll continue this journal of the product week by week until the bottle is empty. If it's still effective at the end of this bottle, I may buy another bottle of it, but don't imagine I'll be using this after I've already achieved my healthy weight again.It's a great product which is very effective without changing anything else such as exercising more or changing what I eat. I've needed absolutely no self-discipline to drop the ten pounds I've lost in two weeks (eight in week 1, two pounds in week 2) with this product so far. I imagine if I quit using it now, I would probably bounce back up, but Hydroxycut has also effectively changed my eating habits and after a month that might translate into a re-education that will last well beyond my time using this product.---------------Week 3: I haven't lost any weight in the past week, but I have been obviously losing bulk by shedding fat. T-shirts that were fitting me like sausage casings during my period of Disability now hang loose on me again. My belly no longer extends beyond my rib cage, and the man-boobs I was growing have all but disappeared. Realize of course that in my case we are not talking about a person who has been fat their whole life or even most of their adult life. I'm usually rather fit and fairly lean, but two years of Disability has made me weak and fat. Certainly the exercise I've been doing has contributed to this weight loss, but exercise alone was not as effective as after I started taking Hydroxycut.The ill side effects, except for feeling hot after taking a Hydroxycut, have all but faded away. It no longer effects my sense of taste so much and I don't feel like throwing up after taking it. It still works as an appetite suppressant though, so I haven't been snacking at all. Even my urge to drink beer--which I love--has faded. I no longer feel like I need that beer or that serving of ice cream, and when I do have it I don't feel the need to binge on it. That's really huge I think. In fact, I would suggest people who binge drink or eat try Hydroxycut to see if it curbs their appetite for self abuse.And finally, the most notable effect is not the weight loss or the appetite suppressant but the fact that I don't think my digestive system has worked this well in many years.-------------End of Week 4: Lost another two pounds--making it twelve pounds I've lost in the first month of using Hydroxycut, without changing anything else. I am downright thankful.-------------Weeks 5 and 6: Sorry not to have updated on time. As I approach the end of the one bottle I'm using for this post, I continue to lose weight but as with weight loss through exercise the results begin to slow down the closer you get to your goal weight--or it's that I have been using it less regularly lately as I go about summer activities. I lost another three pounds making it a total of fifteen, and still have a few days worth of Hydroxycut left.Before buying a second bottle, I want to see if maybe it kickstarted something--just as exercise would do--literally changing how my body uses and stores fat, as well as changing my habits with regard to what and when I eat when I'm not cycling every day. So when this bottle is finished I'm going to try two weeks without it to see if the weight loss continues or if I need one more bottle to shed that other fifteen pounds I gained during total disability.In my case I don't see the possibility that I will put the weight back on unless I become horribly ill or injured again, but I will say that my physical efforts to lose the weight I gained during disability were really completely ineffective. The result is that, as I predicted, I didn't start back on my old habits, and didn't gain any weight back. In fact I have continued to lose weight, though not as fast as when I was taking it. Hydroxycut effectively curbed me of snacking between meals, overindulging in large portions, and binging on treats such as ice cream, chips, beer and other snacks--though I still enjoy them, just at a more reasonable level (bottom line on this is, eating a whole lot of ice cream doesn't make it taste even better). I wouldn't say it's an appetite suppressant as much as an urge suppressant. Its beneficial effects on my digestive system haven't worn off either--no more discomfort, bloating, or constipation as I had when I gained weight and even before that.It's like I just received a tune up.This is especially remarkable in my case because, as lifetime athlete I've always been able to really pack it in and burn it off, so I never needed any discipline with food like I do now as I've become less active with lifestyle changes and of course disability over the last two years.After the third week Hydroxycut didn't make me feel ill anymore, so I had become accustomed to it. I was curious if after a week of not taking it I would be effected by it like I was when I first took it, so this morning I took one and, sure enough, I felt a bit sick to my stomach and started having that burning skin feeling. I'm going continue with this little experiment by taking the Hydroxycut I have left at one per day, which means that in the next week I will have finished the bottle, and then we will see what the final results are.So far, 16 pounds and a pot belly lost like it was never even there. I have tremendous appreciation for this product, because it allowed me to do what I couldn't do on my own.

Mixed feelings with this product.

I've been a long time user of Hydroxycut products before, and I can honestly say you will get results. HOWEVER, and this is a big however, you may be at risk of serious side effects. The first time I took Hydroxycut I had lost 20 lbs in a month. But despite my quick weight loss I had headaches often, maybe twice a week. And my heart would "flutter" during times where I'm at rest. The longer I've used the product I kept dropping weight which is great, but I started developing hives around my neck and on my arms. To this day I am still using this product because it DOES work for me, and the side effects are manageable and not yet serious.If you are considering this product, do some research first and look up the risk factors.
