I think the green bean coffee extract is a bunch of crap I did not over eat also ate lots of Veggies and drank lots of water and I gained weight

For all of you out there hesitating I would give it a try. I lost 1.4lbs in a week...slow but steady and healthy weight loss. I eat healthy and excercise normally but can't seem to shed those last 5-10 lbs. This seems to be working so far...can't wait to weigh myself at the end of week 2. I will try an post a follow up in another week or so and let you know how I'm doing.
