Thyroplex for women

Started taking this product over a month ago because I was just feeling exhausted on a daily basis. I am a 51 year old women and noticed the progression of exhaustion started to hinder my ability to train for a half marathon. I eat great, get plenty of rest and obviously exercise but I just couldn't shake the tired feeling. After taking thyroplex for about a week, I no longer felt the need for a daily afternoon nap. I feel normal again. I did notice a slight headache about a week ago so I reduced the dosing to every other day. Still feel great. I am sleeping better at night but that might be because I no longer need the afternoon nap.
