Excellent Fat Burner!

I got these about a month ago. Including these with my cardio and strength workouts, showing fast results. I recently started to take one when i wake up in the morning and then one before lunch and dinner. I recommend taking one a day and slowly working your way up to two or three. Seems to help your body adjust easier. These are stronger than what you can buy at a Walgreens or a grocery store. As long as you are keeping yourself active then it will show nice results. Dont expect it to change you overnight. You still have to work at it just like any weightloss base pills. These are just a lot better for your body and no additional chemicals are in the pill except for the gelatin caseing its in. Very Natural product. I have lost 16 pounds with the help of these in about a months time so far. I eat fairly healthy, greens, pasta, fruits and meats. Hope this helps.

This isn't the first time i ordered these pills, and i highly recommend getting these if your looking for getting into shape without worrying too much about gaining a few pounds here and there.These obviously aren't magic so you have to add a good workout routine and diet to your daily activities. Taking these pills and dieting properly will maximize your weight lose.Its easy to get into shape using these simple steps. Take 1 pill when waking up followed up another one 30 minutes prior to your lunch. If you want to add another to the mix 30 minutes before dinner you can do so as well. These pills are 600mg so its as strong as it gets. I recommend starting off with 2 pills a day then stepping up to 3 a day after 2 weeks.I can't think of a thing outside off nitpicking that is negative about these. It's 120 capsules that will last you a long time and considering the price tag it's very affordable when you are running low.The pills are powerful and super effective and once you start to see yourself lose 10 pounds in just a week you will look forward to seeing what your body will look like in 2-3 months.

I found this product after hearing about raspberry ketone and its role in weight loss, and although I was hesitant to purchase yet another weight-loss supplement, I am SO GLAD I did. For the first few days I didn't notice any weight loss, but that was fine - I was more worried about possible side effects of feeling jittery or nervous. Not only did I experience none of the side effects I usually have with weight-loss supplements, but I actually started to see results before the end of the first week. I am now into my 3rd week and am going shopping for smaller-sized jeans today!!
