The best internal flush

This is the best internal flush that i have used....and i have tried many other "colon cleanses", and this one doesn't have any side affects that i have experienced. I have used this product for a couple of years off and on, anytime i feel the need to cleanse myself so to speak, and it works wonders. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to get rid of that bloated feeling. It is no miracle flush, you wont have extreme weight loss, but is a good side kick to any diet program.

Does the job

I would start with half the dosage and see how your body reacts. I really liked the product and not only did it help with regularity, I also felt more "clean" as well so it definitely does help remove engrained waste as well. Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because it casued for a few "get to the bathroom quickly" moments where I was uncomfortable and had to act fast! that is why you should start with a lower dosage first and see how your body reacts.

I love this product for occational use when I have sever constipation, I don't use it for a month in a row, I will take three pills only when I really have very bad constipation and I feel great after taking this pills. I have not notice any side affect yet.
