Seems to be helpful in weight control

Though there are no miracle drugs for weight loss BerryThin Raspberry Ketones and African Mango capsules do prove to be an adjunct to diet control and exercise centered weight management. The fact seems to have a lot to do with not only the fact that the two safe herbal supplements increase the rate of metabolism but they also make your body demand that you drink plentiful fluids - always a help in any kind of weight loss program. Perhaps it is a combination of the 'package insert' regarding increased metabolic rate (read 'burn fat') with the thirst that taking the capsule twice a day encourages drinking copious amounts of water that makes this safe supplement worth the price. Brags that it is 500 mg but says 250 mg right on the bottle? So which is it? If it says you have to take 2 then I wouldn't trust them.
