Svetol is the bomb diggity

I have been taking these Teraputics Svetol weight loss pills for just under a month. Right before I began to take these people I checked my weight and I clocked in at a solid 237 pounds. Now for a 5'8" female this was absolutely grotesque and swift decisive action was required. Ever since I began taking these pills (3X daily) I have noticed a steady, progressive decline in my fat, about 3 to 5 pounds each week would just melt right off. The other thing that I absolutely changed in light of my new healthy phase is to cut out all processed foods, all sugar, all sodas, cigarettes, etc. Anything that is absolutely known to be bad for you. I stuck with raw foods, vegetables, fruits, nuts, etc. Multivitamins and fish oil as well. The problem with losing all this weight so rapidly is that I have so many skirts that just no longer fit and I might have to give these clothes away to the salvation army or something, but I won't do that just yet I have to make sure that my new weight is permanent and truly not just some phase. One thing I can definitely say for sure is that Svetol works and boy am I glad that I heard about it and that I bought it for myself.I have begun to sleep better, waking up more rested and alert (usually I am groggy and slow because I probably stuffed my face and passed out the night before). The Svetol cuts my cravings for all sugary things and I truly only desire the good healthy food. Its all a mind game and I consider Svetol to be my little secret helper in this battle against fat. The hardest part about this (hard for me because I am very forgetful) is just to remember to take these pills three times daily, however this is a small job to do in light of the benefits that I have received. All the best to everyone else in the struggle and if you haven't given Svetol a chance yet I would advise you to do so immediately.

Dr. Oz recommended taking Svetol at least 30 minutes before eating your first meal of the day. So this is the philosophy I would follow for the entire time I was taking these pills.My husband would remark on how smaller and smaller my waist would look and I could feel his attraction to me grow even stronger. By the end of the entire bottle I checked my weight finally and saw that I was down a total of 14 pounds.This is barely with any exercise and the only things that I cut out of my life were sweets and fast food and soda. I even cut down on my cigarette smoking but that usually tends to make people bigger but not so for me. In order to keep this weight loss permanent I am looking forward to ordering another bottle as soon as I get a chance to do so or when I feel like it is necessary (basically if I gain more than 5 pounds).The price is very low for a svetol product which tend to be in the expensive range as far as weight loss pills usually go for. Overall: a great product that restored some vitality back into my advanced years!

About two years ago I had somehow managed to lose 25 pounds (from 235 to 215) and was quite proud of my accomplishment; however due to a recent illness and my brand new antibiotic regime I have packed on the weight once again. My job is also so very stressful with no end in sight. I felt tired and trapped with little to no motivation to do anything about it at all, so I just sat at home after work and gorged on food to make myself feel better.Well I accidentaly read about Svetol in a magazine and quickly hopped on over to Amazon to find out more about, I did my research and finally settled on Teraputics based on their reviews and modest prices.On April 5th I began taking two Svetol capsules everyday with a full glass of water every morning right before I ate breakfast. So it has been about 20 days of doing this and I saw myself lose 6 to 8 pounds clean right off, I also managed to gain some clean muscle from my the exercises that I have been doing.I know for sure that without these pills I would never have been able to find the energy to get my butt to the gym. The natural rush of energy begins early in the day for me and can last all the way until 6pm so I advise you take these pills early on in your day. Teraputics has a few products for sale right now and I think I will start experimenting with them all, mix and matching to suit my needs.
