Military / Triathlete yes. weight loss I dunno

I too have blown thousands on supplements. As for cardio type stuff, this stuff is king! I'm not sure if this would work for losing weight while sitting on the couch, but if you can drag yourself to the gym and warm up for 10 minutes, you'll close the place down. I take 2pills around 6 or 7pm, and workout from 9-12 at night. I mostly do running, swimming, and cals.EXAMPLE: I can generally swim 500 meters pretty fast (8:30) and be smoked for about 5 minutes or so. On this stuff I'll swim 800 yards Faster than normal (non stop) and I' ll stop to make sure I'm not gonna pass out! I feel the muscle burn but I'm not breathing heavy, almost scary. I'll feel a little dizzy so I hold on to the side and chill for a minute to be safe.It does cause some insomnia for me, mostly because I work out so late. Imagine fuel sitting in your tank, and if you run a mile on the treadmill you're soaked and ready to go. My running is slightly improved, but my swimming is doubled like I mentioned. I do notice something different on the treadmill because I feel smoked while doing sprints (2-3 minutes) but not out of breath as much, while my heart rate is way higher than I've seen before. (180) The higher rate with less breathing is weird and doesn't feel completely safe.This would be solid for a military or triathalon guy/girI. I did not notice any INSTANT effects although there were minor jitters after an hour or so but went away. It seems to be a residual energy thats ignites after you're a little beat. There was no real appetite suppression for me. I hope this helps your decision.PS. No weight loss for me. But I can work out 15 hours a week and not lose anything.

Not as good as I was hoping

I bought this because it was the closest formula to some of the older, better weight loss supplements. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good replacement. It could be that my body doesn't react as well to this formula as it used to, but there are other issues as well. When I opened the bottle, at least 20% of the capsules had burst during shipping. Since it's an oil/liquid supplement, it coated all the other capsules and made them slippery and difficult to take. I got some energy from JetFuel, but not enough to justify the price. I'd skip this one and try something like VPX Redline Ultimate or Meltdown. With any energy supplement, it's important to take a week every month for optimal results, otherwise your body can adjust and they won't be as effective.

Burn fat fast, well doing cardio

This has been a great product for me and a few freinds that have been taking it. We find that if you take it in the morning and do cardio you will burn off all that water weight!
