I was very skeptical at first as I've tried many things to lose weight and nothing ever really worked for me. I've only taken this for a few days now and I actually feel better and more energized. I've lost a few pounds but I just got started. I'm so excited already! My goal is to lose 30 pounds and I feel confident that it will happen.

This has really helped me meet my weight loss goals

I have been trying unsuccessfully to lose weight on different diets for the past couple of years but haven't been able to meet my goals. I exercise three times a week and try to eat right but haven't been able to lose more than a couple of pounds a month. I saw Dr. Oz talking about green coffee bean extract and decided to try it. For the past two months I have added this supplement into my routine and I have really noticed a difference particularly in my energy level. I haven't changed anything else although I do take a multivitamin daily so I attribute it to the green coffee extract. I have been losing about 9 pounds a month which I am VERY happy about so I am definitely going to keep it up.

The product did not work for me, but it did wonders for my girlfriend. But the five star rating has to do with the customer service that I received when I had to return the pills. I will look for this company if I ever need to buy any other supplements.
