Great suppressant

I love this as an appetite suppressant. Works wonders! I don't feel as though I've got the energy most others state in their reviews but each person is different. I have lost about 3 pounds in a week.

No results after one bottle

I ordered this after seeing it on Dr. Oz. It sounded like a miracle aid in weight loss. I never assume that it's going to be as amazing as dramatized on TV.I found no change in apatite or weight using the dose recommended on the bottle. I try to make healthy meal choices and am conscious of eating right. I do yoga 3-4 times per week, I workout at the gym, and I walk/run 10-15 miles per week. I thought it might help somewhat in weight loss.I was really disappointed. I may try one more bottle and increase the dose to what Dr. Oz recommended (I think it was 1000-3000 mg 30-60 min before each meal).

Since Dr. Oz recommended Garcinia Cambogia Extract with at least 50% HCA, this product is a good to go. Well, so far I didn't feel any weight loss because I just started taking it but it does stop me from craving foods. So it does work for appetite control.
