Gives you that extra edge!

I have been using CLA on and off for several years, now as I approach 40 years old. I look to my old standby to lean up.It is not meant to help you lose weight but to manage weight (severely restricting fat cells growth) with a sensible fat loss exercise and eating program in place.Once you understand this and use it as directed especially Tonalin brand you will experience noticeable improvement in your body profile. It helps to give you that extra edge of lean cutting profile fat losses on stomach and elsewhere.If you think it doesn't help, use it as directed and then stop and compare it with a past session and you will definitely miss it.Lately I have also found out for women it has been researched to help with abnormal growth for examples in breast mass tissue growth that is abnormal so it has other health benefits especially with inflamatory diseases.For the folks who think it is going to give miraculous "sit on my couch results", like some other reviews I saw on here, these users were ignorant of CLA purpose and intended use, please move on lol. It is for someone serious about cutting fat ,leaning up and eating sensibly.

Costly Source of a Great Supplement

First, a recap of my experience with CLA in general:I bought CLA for muscle maintenance. I was embarking on an international backpacking spree and I knew I wouldn't be able to work out normally or maintain my protein levels (I'm a vegetarian and am very careful to get enough protein usually). I think it made me lose a couple of pounds, but I was traveling when I was taking it and my lifestyle was very different than usual (no gym or weight lifting but TONS of walking, became ill a couple of times, irregular meals and new food--sometimes super unhealthy, sometimes very clean eating). So I did lose weight when I first started taking it, but I had also changed many other aspects of my life. Notably, when I lost weight, I somehow retained a good amount of muscle, despite not being able to lift weights for 5 months.I have returned to my normal food/exercise routine now that I am back home. I have gained about 10 pounds (absolutely needed) in the past 8 months and returned to a healthy weight after being ill and having a bizarre traveling diet. However, I still continue to take CLA and I really believe that it is largely responsible for maintaining the toned, lean, muscular body I work hard for. Those 10 pounds could have been placed on my stomach--I was traditionally a stomach-fat gainer--or on my face as pure fat, but I just look HEALTHIER, not chubbier. I don't think my body fat percentage really increased at all!The science behind CLA backs this up. The clinical dosage is 3.4 grams of CLA per day (CLA specifically, so calculate how many capsules you need based on the CLA percentage per 1000 mg softgel). I also notice that it gives me energy, so I try not to take it at night.Now for a review of Natrol Tonalin CLA:When I first bought this, it was half the price. I have no idea why DAB Nutrition is now charging $30 for 180 softgels (the "2 Pack" description means two 90 count bottles). You have to take about 5 of these softgels per day in order to see results, so you would run out very quickly and have to spend more money. As long as it's Tonalin CLA, the brand doesn't matter, so buy this somewhere else. Swanson has it the cheapest, from what I've seen.

This stuff is fantastic! It has helped me cut cravings down to a minimum and I have dropped 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I also exercise and watch what I eat. Nothing is a miracle short of surgery/starvation, but this does work if used with a healthy menu and work out program.
