super hoodia 2000- hoodia that actually works

It is sometimes frustrating, finding products that you can trust and that actually work. I used to have good luck with a different brand that I can no longer find so that got me shopping. On my third try, I found this product. I have found that it does a nice job helping to curb my appetite. I like to combine it with another all natural diet pill I have been using and together, I have ended up with some nice weight loss results. I have lost an average of 4 1/2 pounds per month over the last 4 months and this was without much exercise. If you find a hoodia that works for you then stick with it. I dont think that any Hooda works for everyone; especially if they are constantly on the go or constantly stressed out. Hoodia doesnt burn calories, it only helps curb the appetite. I think that some people are so obsessed with eating that they eat even when they are not hungry thus, averting the benefits of hoodia. The time release feature of this is a nice added bonus.

Better than other Hoodia that I have tried

It took me a while to understand about eating habbits and weight loss. I used to eat for gratification, after facing a problem, even when I wasnt hungry. Other times, I would eat the wrong foods because I was hungry.I have found super hoodia to work better than the other appetite suppressants that I have tried. I know that I also have to show restraint and judgement in my eating. Taking this pill, or any pill, without a more comprehensive approach and some self restraint will not accomplish your goals.With some restraint, I have been successfuly in curbing my weight gain using this hoodia. At first, I was just stopping the gain but now, after my second month, I am at the point where I am losing weight also. I am very happy with the product now that I have been honest with myself about bad eating habbits.

I never write reviews but this product is awesome. I have been taking it (only one pill a day) for 3 days and am noticing a big difference. I still feel I need to eat but that gnawing hunger is gone. I feel full after a small sized portion and am not overeating. I am going to stock up on this hoodia for sure.
