I always bulk during the late autumn - early winter then try to cut back down starting shortly after the new year.. I got this and some other vitamins to help my efforts. Im doing much better this year than previous years and I can definitely attribute a part of it to these, If you take them in the morning, it really makes you just not feel hungry! I still eat well, just not as much and with still working out ive been cutting down surprisingly fast. Not to mention the LOADS of benefits green tea extract has! I drink 2 cups everyday as well!

Bought this in a promotion this company was having along with a bunch of other products. This stuff gave me a little bit of energy, but more noticable was my lack of appetite. I would have to actually remember throughout the day that I hadnt eaten recently and it might not be a bad idea to get some food in me! lol .good stuff though and arrived really fast.
