Worth the money

I began using the product on 02/01/13 today is 03/09/13 and I have lost a total of 13lbs. The only changes that I made is being conscious of what I'm eating. I've also increased my water intake - literally 12 bottles a day when possible. I'm taking 1 pill with breakfast, 1 pill with lunch and 2 with dinner. I haven't started any exercise programs as of yet. However, I will be using Rockin Body Dance DVDs for exercise starting next week. My goal is to release 55lbs. I'm well on my way. I will continue to post updates on my progress.

After a couple decades of ignoring my weight and the associated health risks, two months ago I was told I’m at risk for developing heart disease. My physician told me that I was not to use any stimulant-based diet aids as they would strain my heart and possibly increase the likelihood of complications. One of the nurses recommended raspberry ketones since they’re an all-natural alternative for weight loss and I went from there.I’m happy to report that they did in fact help curb my cravings and eased the difficulty of cutting out all of my favorite foods that were rich in cholesterol, saturated fats, refined carbs, etc. I’ve lost 17 pounds so far and I’m working hard every day for more.As a general public service announcement, please don’t ignore your health people! It’s easy to forget about it until you’re on the brink of danger but the feeling you get after the fact is terrible. I used to be a happy, carefree, loving wife and now I constantly stress about possibly losing my two sons and my husband who mean the world to me!

Giving it more time

As a single mother of 3, the most recent child barely a year old, I can't help but feeling a little... ...aged I suppose is the best way to put it. And I'm really not - I'm only 32, but for some reason this last pregnancy and ensuing year has taken a toll and really sapped my energy. I work as a biology assistant in the Biology department at the University of San Diego and one of my esteemed colleagues has been an outspoken proponent of Raspberry Ketones and all the miracles it brings. Recently, my mother began taking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea on the advice of her doctor and she has experience moderate improvement in both her mood and activity level. So after conducting my own research I was a little surprised when I realized just how little official research has been done on the effects of ketones on humans. I mean, sure the results in laboratory animals are pretty difficult to argue: increased immune deficiency response, the expression of fatty materials in the liver, and the overall rapidity of fat dissolution amongst the test subjects. Apparently someone took that to mean it would be precisely so in us. Well, it was certainly enough to prompt my order here, but I am still not sure if this product lives up to the hype. I will try it for another month or so and then decide if there are significant results but here is what I have noticed thus far:I have taken the supplement exactly as prescribed on the bottle. I have always heard that nothing worth obtaining comes easily, but I excited myself in deciding to give it a go. I am noticing a change in my appetite - a reduction in cravings - but I haven't seen any difference in the number on the scale yet. Nor have I felt particularly energetic or heel-clicking happy, compared to a month ago.I am thinking that I probably need to step up my workouts and clean up my diet in order to see optimal results with this product. I have tried other weight loss supplements before with hit or miss results so I am willing to give this one more time and one more bottle to see what happens. I'm glad this is a product that encourages a healthy lifestyle. So if it is a placebo effect I sure am glad this is giving me motivation to continue to work toward my goals and also track my weight, body fat percentage, and waist measurements on a daily basis - all super good habits for effecting body and lifestyle change. I just need the results to reflect in my energy and fat burning now.
