It Really Works!

I must say I was a bit skeptical about this weight loss product. All of the hype on TV made me wonder what it was all about. I began taking the 800 mg. twice a day about 4 weeks ago. The first thing I noticed was an increase in energy and became much more mobile (I have Parkinson's). My weight loss is remarkable. I have so far lost 15 pounds and my binge eating has diminished to the point of non-existence. Be sure to get only a product that is pure with no fillers. And because this extract depletes the magnesium in the body (causing foot and leg cramps) a magnesium supplement must also be taken. This info is not provided by the manufacturers. Perfect Green Coffee is the only brand I will use.

Early days - early promising results

Only just got Perfect Green Coffee - but direct from their website. I also bought a new pair of bathroom scales (Salter 9028 Razor scales from Amazon) at the same time so that I could track my weight as accurately as possible. I happened to have a doctor's appointment yesterday so was able to weigh myself and compare readings on my new scales: they matched - 14st 11 lbs.I weighed myself again today - out of curiosity - and I weighed in at 14st 8.4lbs, that's 3lbs lighter than yesterday! Although a couple of factors may obviously affect this - time of day, what I am wearing etc., I feel these readings are comparable, so I'm not jumping up and down yet, but I'm encouraged.Having said that, I only gave Perfect Coffee 4 stars because I do have increased stomach acid. Also, although not constipated, I think things are not as 'free flowing' as it usually is. Really hope this doesn't become a problem and don't mind frequent movements if everything else is healthy.

Online research stated would help regulate blood sugar levels and is doing just that. My blood sugar levels are much lower and as added benefit, have lost a few pounds.
