Excited about results :)

I started using the Garcinia Cambogia Extract about a month ago. I was interested in the appetite control aspect and wanted to see if I would feel and see a difference in my body. I didn't notice much over the first week of consistent use, but as the month progressed I did notice that I didn't eat as much in one sitting. I also noticed a leaner appearance from the beginning of the month until now. There were no side negative side effects at all and I'm going to continue using this product. I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with appetite control.

Probably one of the best products I have taken to cut my appetite. I didn't want to get caught up in the whole Dr. Oz craze, but this product definitely changed my mind.Great stuff!

Does nothing for my appetite.

I have been taking this for a week now and have not noticed any change to my appetite what so ever. I have tried taking at different intervals prior to eating as a test to see if that would help.However, no matter how early or close to eating that i take it, there is no difference.I was taking this product in hopes of helping curb my appetite somewhat. I have always been a big eater but I exercise regularly. I understand my body needs a lot of food by exercising more, but I am always hungry! I was hoping this would help combat some of those hunger strikes or even help me lower the amount of food my body craves.In case you are wondering I run about 9-12 miles a week and do 4-5 days of CrossFit. I eat a lot of eggs, tortillas, and red meat (1lb + in a dinner meal). So if you are hoping to drop a couple of pounds before summer while working out a ton, i would not recommend this product.
