The biggest change in the new formula is that we removed Biotin, making our PAGG stack the only Biotin free stack in the world. We reformulated 4HB Stack Nighttime to include all the Calcium and Magnesium Ferriss recommends for the Slow Carb Diet into a 2 caplet dose. Calcium and Magnesium also work synergistically together to improve each other's effectiveness. This change also allowed us to make smaller, easier to swallow caplets for both the Nighttime and Mealtime doses. Finally, we upgraded our ALA from the standard racemic of S-ALA and R-ALA to just pure R-ALA.
In our continual quest to build the perfect stack, we went through every active ingredient and asked "how can we make it better?" Then we went to the experts for each specific ingredient and asked them to evaluate our formula. When we met with the team of scientists from Geranova, the Lipoic Acid Company, the team that originally developed Na-R-ALA synthesis process, they immediately told us we should get rid of Biotin. Biotin and ALA share the same uptake and it can actually interfere with the absorption of ALA! To remedy this uptake conflict and ensure effective absorption of ALA, Kirkland Science Labs has created the world's first Biotin-Free PAGG Supplement. Other PAGG supplement providers are still including Biotin based upon faulty science and the longstanding, but incorrect, conventional wisdom that Biotin should be taken with ALA.

Pagg Stack

This is the second pagg stack that i have tried. The first one, was from pareto nutrition. However i've found their price a little high so i decided to try this one. So far i'm happy with it. I've lost 6 pounds the first week. Let's see how it goes after that.Also the shipping is SUPER fast. I'm currently in ohio an i think the lab is in Seattle, WA. Still they managed to get me the product in 3 days or less. Pretty impressive stuff

Seems like the right stuff

The bottle has all the right ingredients and the right dosing schedule to go along with Tim Ferris's 4 Hour Body book. Much easier to have one pill to take and remember than 4 different pills. Nice that it comes with the Nighttime pills as well, that was the hard part when I did this diet the first time. Had really good luck with the diet when it first came out (lost 38 lbs) and now am on it a second time and in a week and a half am down 16 pounds. Highly recommend the book and these pills, however you will pay more for the ease. They are also the size of horse tranquilizers!

I read about the components in these suppliments from the Four Hour Body book. I love the fact that these have the exact amounts from the book and in one easy pill at a time. So far they seem to be working great.
