Not very effective for me, may work better for you!

The main reason I started taking these was for appetite control and maybe it works for some people but I did not notice much a difference during the time I took them. This has been one of many supplements I've tried lately in an effort to lose weight and lower my b.f. percentage to a respectable level, and to the credit of this manufacturer...they did not make me sick. Which is something I cannot say about other "appetite suppressants" I've tried. Besides my morning coffee, taking caffeine (or caffeine filled pills) never made me feel very good. The most noticeable results I have had has been with raspberry ketones, Raspberry Ketones Bulk Powder 50 Grams. Yes, I watch Dr. Oz and first heard about them from him but I also did my own research and more importantly I tried them and I'm currently taking them now. After a month, I'm down 6 pounds and 1.5 percent in my bodyfat. I feel like they also give me energy too which probably means my metabolism has sped up a bit. Everyone is different but this is what worked and didn't work for me : )

cut down my snacking, still prefer green tea and raspberry ketones for energy and appetite

I would say these did work for me however the appetite suppressant effects were subtle at best. I was expecting that it would cut down my appetite during regular meal times, lunch, dinner, etc. but I didn't really notice that happening. I am a big snacker and usually snack on unhealthy foods through out the day. I did notice that while I took these pills, the snacking did go become less frequent. I've had much better results with raspberry ketones and green tea extract. These both decrease my appetite but they also increase my energy so there is a double edged benefit for taking them. I wouldn't discount the Hunger Caps, for me I prefer something else next time around.
