I think I my body might be over sensitive to some of the ingredients in these pills but there is no mistaking the effectiveness of the green coffee extract. I took them for almost a month and lost close to 5 pounds which, trust me, is a big accomplishment for me in this time. I have had a hard time losing weight since I had my second child. My goal to start was to loose 40 lbs.I also started taking raspberry ketones (Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Plus Capsules + FREE Raspberry Ketones Powder (Svetol GCBE (2 Bottles) + FREE Raspberry 50 Grams)) and have had a really good experience thus far. I had a friend who had took only the ketones and lost like 20 pounds in a little over a month. I ended up really liking them too because I felt the energy and appetite suppressant effects and didn't get sick at all either, probably because it is pure powder and I did not take any caffeine with them, I'm guessing.I don't think you can go wrong with either one so I would recommend both since I am now 10 pounds away from my target weight and have been taking both of these supplements since I began losing weight.

If you heard about this from Dr. Oz show

My wife asked me to search for this. If you heard about it on the Dr. Oz show, then remember they said to get a product without any fillers like the ones listed on their label. I'm trying to find such a product. Heard good things about the company, however, on this company's website the label for this product says "Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica."You can check it out for yourself. [...]UPDATE: Several people have commented about the website Purehealth100. My research shows that Purehealth100 is the online store front for a company called "Genesis Today". Dr. Lindsey (the man who appeared on Dr. Oz) is the founder and current owner of Genesis Today, located in Austin, Texas. This company was founded in 2004. You can also see this on his website, drlindsey.com. The website was created in 2000, so this was not a recent thing to ride the wave he created by being on Dr. Oz. Interesting thing is that the genesistoday website and purehealth100 website each have green coffee bean extract without fillers, but they have completely different labels (don't know why?). My guess is for this is due to different manufacturers. Genesis Today label says "Sourced, Formulated, Quality Tested and Distributed by Genesis Today, Inc." , the other says "Manufacture: Pure Health and SKU: PH033"It appears to me that which ever one you choose, it will run about $52.00 per month based on 800 mg 2x a day.

Honestly, this product lives up to all hype. I've been taking it every morning with a cup of unsweetened green tea as my first "meal" (if you even want to call it that) and then waiting 2-3 hours to have my first whole food meal. In other words I have a cup of fresh brewed green tea with two green coffee capsules immediately upon waking and then wait a few hours to eat anything. I find that my mind and body are both energized within 15 minutes or less after taking this combo. I know green tea contains l-theanine and the green coffee contains chlorogenic acid, both mood enhancers and energy boosters, so I'm thinking that the combination of these special "greens" is making one potent supplement stack. I've also read up on a blog called Lean Gains which talks about intermittent fasting and how it helps boost your concentration in the morning "fasted" hours, which is before you eat whole food meals. Perhaps these excellent results have been partly due to the fact that I am still technically "fasted" while taking these supplements. Regardless, I am absolutely in love with green coffee extract and hope you give it a try as well. The only complaint I have about this product is that it is a bit overpriced in my opinion. I found another green coffee bean extract at about $7 less than this one and it has the same 50% standardization of chlorogenic acid except with a bonus 100mg per capsule (500mg) Green Coffee Bean Extract | 500mg, 90 vegetarian capsules | 100% Pure, Premium Unroasted Green Coffee Extract Std. to 50% Chlorogenic Acid | 100mg more than Life Extension Green Coffee Bean Extract 400mg. Remember, green coffee extract + green tea = RESULTS. I'm hoping you experience the same.
