I was looking for a product with only raspberry keytones. This product included other ingredients including green tea. Bad description by the seller - none of the other ingredients were described. I'm giving it 3 stars since it does contain some raspberry, but I am not unhappy that this product contains caffeine.Ingredients listed:Raspberry Keytones - 250 mgProprietary Weightloss Blend (Green Tea Leaf Extract, Cellulose Fiber, African Mango, Caffeine BP, Acai Berry Extract)- 560 mg

I purchased these along with a few other supplements for my partner. She wanted to try the Saffron, Green Tea and Raspberry ketones. She was watching Dr. Oz and he was talking about the benefits of ketones and especially the raspberry. After two days of taking these she has noticed her food cravings have decreased a bit. The day before she took the Saffron pills and noticed the same thing. The only thing she has not liked from these pills is that when you burp it taste like raspberry, which could be worse. The long and short of it is so far she has enjoyed all of the pills, but without proper eating and exercise it's all for not.

Good for maintaining w/o exercise

I bought a few diet pills because I hurt my back playing softball and haven't been able to exercise much during the past few weeks. I really just wanted to maintain my weight and keep from gaining while I was hurting. I seen the raspberry ketones trending now on the Yahoo homepage and thought it'd give it a try. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it did do the job in keeping my weight off. Unfortunately it's not a miracle pill and I didn't lose weight (I didn't think I would lose w/o exercise but it was worth a shot) BUT it still gets a good review since it did do the job and helping me maintain. I may need to write an update in a few weeks since I'm slowly starting to work my way back into a regular exercise schedule. For now, it's really good at making me feel less hungry which keeps my weight from going up
